Return & Refund Policy

At BonBon Mode, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Our return policy depends on whether your order is shipped or picked up in person.

Shipped Orders

We accept returns on shipped orders within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact BonBon Mode within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. The item must be:

  • Brand new and unused
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or any signs of use
  • Returned with all original tags still attached
  • Returned with the original packaging, when applicable

Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags may not be accepted for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. BonBon Mode does not cover the cost of shipping an item back for a return.

Please contact us before sending any item back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Once the item is received and confirmed to meet the return conditions above, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Pickup Orders

All pickup orders are final sale and non-returnable after pickup.

Before pickup, customers will receive a detailed video of the item so they can review the product carefully.

At pickup, customers have the opportunity to:

  • See and inspect the item in person
  • Try the item on when applicable
  • Check the size, style, condition, and overall appearance
  • Make sure they are satisfied with the item before making payment

Once the customer has inspected the item, accepted it, and completed payment at pickup, the purchase is considered final sale and no return or refund will be available.

Incorrect or Damaged Shipped Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or there is an issue with the condition of your shipped order when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.
